Dunkin'

First, I always try to look for the positive in everything so it pains me to leave a 1 star review. With that in mind I have to start by saying that the older ladies that work there are the best! The younger girls, not to bright. I always stop for a frozen coffee but no more. Too many times I get slightly flavored ice. Apparently they aren't bright enough to fill the cup with the correct amount of ice before putting it in the blender, instead they put enough coffee syrup for one serving and fill the blender to the top leaving enough left over for 2 large cups of half flavored frozen coffee.

Who is running this hot mess? Day and time of visit Tuesday, 10 am, 9/14. There are several people running the drive through. Only after fifteen minutes does one person decide to help those waiting in line, and arguably the slowest moving out of the bunch, totally unapologetic about the wait and ignoring those in-store. By several I mean 4 people waiting, and not exaggerating about the wait. If Bombalini were open I would have gone there. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all cost

The absolute slowest Dunkin in a 50 mile radius. They have 7 people behind the counter and no one is working. It should not take 20 minutes to get coffee and a bagel. I hope the owner of this location looks at the drive through data. Should not take 10 minutes to place an order and 10 minutes to pick up at the window.

Went to pick up a small coffee, the girls were dancing and talking, I was ignore! I waited in front of the register. Two guys came in and she greeted them friendly so I interrupted and place my order, next thing I see she brings their order and I asked her why if I was there first she brought their coffee first? She replied it doesn't work that way???? I was speechless!! This place is a hot mess!! This girls have no customer service skills!

Worst Dunkin Donuts in the country Service is terrible any way you look at it Drive through takes an hour or longer They have not got my order right ONCE, either no sausage in my sausage egg and cheese wrap, or no cream and sugar when I ask for extra., It's like the person taking the order doesn't ring it in correctly, the people cooking the food don't know what to do, and the people making the coffee look miserable. This is the absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts EVER
