Panera Bread

A nice shop of a strong brand. Deciding to go for the very basic, I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. It was very well conceived and made, but only just toasted. Nevertheless, for a place like Panera the price was appropriate and the service superb. It is a 'don't miss it place,' in my opinion.

My party of three started our order, on the way to the location, via the Panera app. We finalized it while at the table. Very convenient and a time saver! All of the food was delicious! Their half salad was plenty filling. The staff was cheerful and helpful despite it being the weekend before Christmas.

My wife recently found out she has to stay away from dairy and soy while breastfeeding our child. We walked in and the staff was very helpful. The manager came out and personally checked through the menu items with us and offered alternatives as well to make sure my wife could get a full breakfast and not feel discouraged or ostracized. He then walked the order back to the kitchen to notify them there was an allergy and the kitchen staff was quite accommodating and made sure there was no cross contamination.

Overall, clean and great food! I go there mostly to study, so a few more spots with outlets would be nice for when those busy hours pop up and it's hard to find a spot to charge. Always great bagels, and usually good service as some staff aren't as friendly as others, but the overall experience is good!

We hadn’t been to a Panera’s in a long time thought we should give it a try (surrounding restaurants were just not appealing). Cashier friendly and very pleasant. Tables were hard to find clean but we lucked out and found a semi clean one. We wiped chairs/table and sat down to visit and wait on food...starving. Food came to table minutes later only to find out mother’s order was not present. Spoke to manager (David Branch) and told him our issue. His comment to me was “no problem, I gotcha”...I smiled and thought I’ll wait for mother’s till I eat. I thought it would be a little bit before hers would arrive but I was pleasantly surprised it arrived to table rather quickly and it looked awesome! She said it was delicious, she was happy! If momma is happy, I’m happy! To David Branch and his crew, you took care of me and my mother on our girls day out, exceptional service, all of his employees were super friendly! I will definitely be returning when I’m in town! Thank you again David, you were awesome!
