Panera Bread

Many times restaurants are affected by variables, and there are many. The lunch rush hour affecting service and cleanup is just one example. But there are some areas that are hard to either accept or come up with a reason to accept. This Panera Bread falls into this category. Some areas of improvement: turn down the elevator music 🎵 of jazz spmphony. It's hard to enjoy a pretty good salad with Michael Buble blasting along. The internet service in this location is really horrible. Think getting dropped every five minutes. I'm surprised more haven't complained about this. The ordering kiosks have now been repaired, it took a long time but now the pagers are broken. So, now when your order is ready someone from the kitchen yells out your name. They have to do something, but it still isn't customer service. It's stale 🍞 bread. Update: September 2023. Many improvements have been made at this location. Customer service and APP really are five stars. Interesting artwork adorns the walls. I read in the Wall Street Journal newspaper of the possible IPO for Panera Bread. If this report is true. This will be a great investment just like it's a great restaurant! 🌇

Great service, I placed a kiosk order, I couldn't figure out how to change my bread so I walked over to the counter fir pick up, and spoke to Jnae she assisted me in correcting my bread, and was all smiles. Instead of saying we don't have what I wanted, she took the time to physically see if she could find more of the bread I like! Most people in restaurants don't go the extra mile,, but she did, and I definitely appreciated it. I left with a smile! Will definitely come again!

I love Panera. I can run in and grab a cup of coffee and a souffle. It is just easy. Although, I wish this location would warm the souffle before serving. I had to use the microwave. Just a minute in one of your ovens is much better than asking a customer to use the not so clean and muti-touched microwave.

Much nicer all around and friendlier staff compared to another we goto that is even newer. Still kind of pricer food, but given this place was nicer all around it felt more worth it. There is a nice outdoor patio facing the pond and most of the indoor seating runs along the windows on that side as well, so it is an enjoyable view. Especially when the ducks wander over haha! (No we did not share our food with them)
