Ruby Tuesday

Great service. My husband's ribeye was really thin and 1st overcooked. He sent it back and 2nd one came rare! He was not happy but this is first time this happened and server gave us a discount without us even asking so I'm ok with how it went. Server said many customers sent back steaks so it was a kitchen problem.

After my poor experience with another location we drove here. We were seated immediately and Jordan was our server. He was kind, attentive and funny. Our appetizers came out fast, drinks stayed full. There was a slight hiccup that cause me to send my food back while I was undecided on what I wanted to do, the manager came to our table Sharon was kind and got right on the issue. It was fixed and I was happy, family was happy. I will visit this location again. Sad I have to drive crosstown for great service

Had a blast! Our waitress was a great lady named Dee. You will see a picture of her in my review. Big smile and really knew her menu and how to treat people. My husband and I had the Texas Rub Ribs. They were FANTASTIC! My niece and I got the drink special of the day. My favorite, Margaritas. Top Shelf and a decent size. I took a picture of the drink specials. They are different for each day of the week. All the food we ate was spot on. They prices were decent foe the type of food we got. I didn't feel gouged or cheated. The eating area was very clean. The booth we sat in was comfortable. I guess we went at a good time since we didn't have to wait to be seated. When you first walk in there is comfortable seating for waiting. We used this area to wait on my niece to get there. All in all, I highly recommend this specific Ruby Tuesday and the waitress Dee!
