Dairy Queen

The past few weeks me and my family have been here has been a joke. All the crew does is play. People are waiting on milkshakes and food because the employees are playing. That crew at night needs a adult manager not that young manager because all she does is play as well. We loved going to that dairy queen but now we don't because if how pathetic the crew is

The girls seem not to want to wait on us kept suggesting us go to Wendy's next door but we had her heart set on blizzards she made them they were good. And she was very friendly I was just very shocked and she told the people behind us it would be another 20 minutes before she can wait on them. Thought she was driving business away to keep from having to work.

Not friendly or helpful at all! Asked for a larger cup and lid for mini blizzard since we are traveling and eating in the car. Gave me a lid for the blizzard cup. Open it going down the road and of course it was starting to melt and was too full for a lid to begin with. Thanks for the giant mess in our car!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. The woman working behind the counter at 18:00(6pm) on 4/30/18 was horrible. We asked questions about some of the hot food and she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. And couldn't describe what the bacon ranch thing was or how big it was. I still have no idea what it is. We ordered 2 blizzards...the S'mores and the Summer Berry Cheesecake. They barley had anything in them. We may as well ordered vanilla ice cream. When I asked if that was all that went into the ice cream she was inconsiderate and rude. "Well you ordered a small". The man after us ordered a chili dog and she told him she doesn't make them...so he went to Wendy's. We also went to Wendy's. A chili dog sounded great until we were treated the way we we're treated. Good luck keeping this business open with that kind of service.

Dairy Queen is always a good choice unless the lady is sweeping and is trying to take your order from the wrong side of the counter (near the trash can on the dining side) she didnt wash her hands after sweeping, I ordered a dipped chocolate cone. She grabbed the cone by the white tape part that comes with the cone but ended up touching the upper part of the cone. So I just ate the ice cream part with a spoon and threw away the cone. :/
