Burger King

Had a 10.00 gift card and used it today. They come telling me the card only had 4.51. My order came to 5.49. So I called the customer service to check the card and they said it was 10 on there. So I did the math in front of the cashier. 5.49+4.51=10.00. So why did I have to pay 97 cents. Won’t be going back. They must have taken remedial math. And didn’t pass😂😂. 1 star is all they get! And I asked for extra mayo. This is what I got..... Does that look like extra mayo to y’all??? Like trumpty dumpy says, “ur fired” Burger King out by Pringle’s park in Jackson TN!

My coffee had fresh and old grounds in my cup. The lady said she had to make some and I should have came in so they did not rush it because I would not mind waiting for my coffee. The coffee tasted bad. The breakfast egg sandwich had limp really greasy bacon on it. So I went to the gas station down the rode. Great coffee and good breakfast sandwiches

Service is horrible. I went on my lunch break and I wasted my break bc nothing was ready and they didn’t tell me until after I paid. I waited outside for 5 min bc they said they’d bring my food out and never did. I went inside and there my food is on the counter. My burger was cold and all of my items weren’t in there. No wonder they don’t get business, the service is trash. They need to be replaced with Wendy’s or a chic fil a!
