Ihop

This IHOP is somewhere I felt I should've just walked out of. Obviously IHOP is not my goto but I needed something quick. I should've went hungry. The place was dirty with trash everywhere. Everything you touched was sticky. The bathrooms are dirty and essentially as bad as any poorly cleaned gas station. The server did okay but he was dirty, he smelled bad and his clothes were stained. The server advised at order that they did not have pancakes and we're limited on eggs. This is the first and only customer of the day at 6AM. There are better places, and if there aren't just don't eat and save your money.

I placed and online order at 12:25p that was to be ready for curbside pick up at 12:41p. I made it to the restaurant at 12:45p called the number given with no answer. I went into the restaurant to find it was very unorganized. There was no one at the front to help. I finally was able to stop someone that was not helpful at all. They lost my order which all I had was a breakfast sampler and a patty melt. I had to change part of my order because they were out of the patty melt. The accommodation for my untimely wait was to give drinks which was unacceptable.Serval people left the restaurant because of the poor service. I finally received my order at 2:13p this is very unacceptable, unprofessional and unaccommodating. This is the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. This is what I got when I made it home and looked at my food, to what look like a dirty tray with left over red sauce and cold fries!!!

The waitor was slow the food was good...I hate going places were the ladies assume if u eating the man is paying so they treat him with smiles and grins ..and act like they can't hear ya order and u the one paying anyway....her service was bottom of the barrel...I love IHOP so I won't say I'll never return but not to this one!!!

The service was wonderful. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette and instead of telling me or the server they didn't have bechamel the kitchen topped it in cheddar cheese. Which I don't care for. And they were a bit slow with seating which would probably be attributed to staffing. Had it now been for an attentive and polite server, we wouldn't be open to returning.

Usually like IHOP. This one was dirty and the service was poor. We were seated in an area that was being cleaned though others were available. No one came for more than 5 minutes to clear the pile of trash by the table though they were sweeping near by. Food was the usually good and expected IHOP quality.

Waited 20 minutes to place our drink order in a restaurant less than half full with 4 to 5 wait staff, with a manager walking around. They brought my husband's omelet to another customer, took it back to the kitchen and brought it back out. Food was served with no silverware. My food came out in pieces, pancakes, then 5 minutes later eggs and bacon. I ordered sausages. When I told the waitress " excuse me I ordered sausages not bacon". She told me to calm down. Really?I was not loud no attitude. The manager comes by later(after getting an ear full from another table about the food and service). My husband tells him about his food visiting another table and I tell him about the waitress attitude, she walks up, standing over saying what? What ? What you talking about. Needless to say won't be back here. Customer service is terrible. Food was ok hence the 1 star.

A Caucasian woman waitress waited on me and my family 2 of which were elderly at 83 and 86 years old. She took the order and left. Minutes later a black waitress appeared to take the order again cause the first waitress apparently complained to management that she jaf been at work since 6 am and never received a tip by 10 am when my family of 5 arrived for breakfast. Management is awful. I returned to my hometown Jackson Mississippi after 30 years now living in Georgia and the city has decayed along with the businesses. The food was warm and my elderly didn't complain and I paid the $100 and tip the black waitress $20.
