Mcdonald's

We come through 1x every 2 weeks. Sit in line for 15 min before ordering once ordered the food was no good a cheeseburger & 10 PC nugget once we got food we didn't eat it all took couple bites throwed away.who has money to throw away? Girl at window was rude snappy I had to ask for napkins etc. The next time we went sit in line for 30 minutes left & went to Wendy's. Better food & customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Firstly, I waited over 20 minutes in line before I even ordered. I knew at the first window based on the price that they had my order wrong. I told the cashier FOUR TIMES that they had it wrong and told them what I actually ordered. She nodded her head and said 'we got it'. I paid, got my bag and it comes to no surprise that they still gave me the wrong order. Terrible service.

Waited in line for about 5 minutes. I'm the only customer inside lol. It's 6 employees present, 1 chewing and popping gum, 1 cursing and complaining. The lady that took my order was working the fries never changed her gloves after going to the register and outside. It was so chaotic inside. One worker dropped her phone in the mop bucket and got it out, wiped it down on the counter, they mixed up my order with someone else's and the cook is laughing about it. 🤬

Gave me wrong order, made me wait in drive thru line again instead of bringing it to me because they were too busy. Then , to the next car, she claimed the system went down for 15 minutes. Never got my correct meal but if the system went down and they couldn't take new orders, they coulda brought me the food I already paid for? They weren't busy at that point, right? Unless of course if she was lying to help them catch up on orders. Curse you McDonald's! You make the most delicious burgers known to man but hire the most incompetent people to serve them. Wish I wasn't addicted to your food so I could say bye for good
