Waited over 20 minutes in drive-thru line AFTER I ordered and only 3 cars were in front of me. They gave me Coke and I ordered iced tea. Incorrect potatoes. Ordered tater tots and they gave me fries. And 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong with what was on them (or not); they totally forgot to put the 4th one in the bag at all! Plus, no ketchup or condiments on the burgers and the buns were overcooked and were crispy and the burger meat was dry. I even verified my order when I drove up to the window and they said yes, just as I ordered. Found all this out when I got home, of course. Not a good experience at all.

Employees were extremely rude and almost bitter when we tried to walk into the restaurant when they were telling us the dining area was closed and we needed to leave. Put up a sign and lock the door then. Then they were telling people in the drive through that they would have to wait 15 minutes for everything because they had to cook it...basically scaring off everyone to not buy. Just bad.

I love Krystal burger but the service at their N. Highland store in Jackson, Tn is horrible! Every time I break down and need a Krystal fix, I swear I will never go back and sometimes just get out of line before ordering and leave. If you can't find enough good help, just close down!! Last visit, cars were all backed up to order and the girl was on her phone!

The food was good,if they could only get your order right! I spent $28 n some cents for 3 people n we had to turn around to get one of our meals .smh!!! So hard to get good accurate service!

An employee was rude to a customer by telling her that if she didn't want onions on her burger she would have to scrape them off and refused to make her a new 1. I would've demanded my money back and went to McDonald's. Prices are way to high also.I will never go back!

Was refused service in the lobby. Was on duty, in uniform, in an ambulance. Walked in the unlocked door and the staff was extremely rude. Refused to take my order.

Everytime we go here(not very often) we get awful service. Our food isn't ever correct and the wait time is ridiculous.
