Irritated……. I specifically told the cashier I’d like to use my rewards for .11 cents off per gal. He told me it does it automatically. I paid for $40 on pump 9……. NO DISCOUNT! Rip off. He doesn’t speak English well and said he doesn’t know how to do it. You should have lead with that and I could have went elsewhere to get my moneys worth!!!

There is something very shady and wrong with this location and the employees running the store. This is the third time I have purchased gas and a car wash and was instructed to go inside for my receipt. The receipt has the code to the car wash. Once inside, only one employee is manning the register. I have had to explain that I need my receipt to get the code for the car wash. Such a hassle and I truly believe it's a scam. I will never return to this location again. The employees are rude,lazy and run a disgusting station. The pumps are always out of order the trash overflowing. Truly filthy. Customer service is non existent. The last time I could not even get my receipt and did not get a car wash. Outrageous truly. I have gone to the corporate office directly to complain because complaining to the store manager is a waste of time. I live in Hackberry and I will personally go to the wonderful and very clean and friendly QT from now on and find another place for a car wash. You have lost my business permanently!

Clearly refuse to care for their pumps. 1-in-3 have red bags on handles, and 2/2 of the others I tried cannot read a card. No one visible inside to work counter or service customers either when I went in. 4min wait to be second in line for assistance. This place crawled right out of the gutter. Worker who eventually came seems to have confused his mask for a chinstrap.

This is the rudest location. I remember when going to 7-11 was okay but lately I can't find one I like. The one across the street from me on Macarthur in Valley Ranch is so bad I drive a couple miles up the road to this one. The past couple weeks they have a broken machine that won't accept my card (btw, my card WORKS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE ELSE). Last time I was there I was just moved to the other register where my card worked fine. After inserting the chip like 4 times they said it was my card. I said it wasn't and we actually argued about this. I told them to cancel my order and after being berated a little more finally left the store yelling at them go f themselves. Hey Southland Corp, there are plenty of better convenience stores out there, I no longer need 7-11 for anything. You can thank this location for losing a customer that's been shopping at your stores for 50 years!

I think this store owner is running a scam on some of his gasoline buying customers. It has happened to me twice that I went in and bought regular gas and was charged the higher price for premium gas. I believe the store owner has a switch perhaps behind the counter that he can flip and have the machine charge the price of premium gas when the customer is really pumping regular gas. The first time this happened I took the receipt in to the manager and he, looking at the receipt, told me "No, you see you really bought premium gas which it says on the receipt." I said well, I guess I made a mistake and walked off. But I was pretty sure I did not make a mistake. Today I went to buy gas and got regular [$ 2.669] and was charged for premium [$ 3.249]. ] The price difference today was .65 per gallon and I ended up paying something like $9.42 more for my gas than I was supposed to. I bought 14 gallons. I made sure I chose regular gas, but when I got the receipt it said I had bought premium gas and charged me the premium price. I was so surprised! Not a second time! I went to speak to the manager inside the store, a man from India, and he would do nothing for me. When I insisted he just stood behind the counter and referred to the receipt. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time, but twice in a 2 week period? I don't think so. There should be some consequences for this if only to prevent this from happening to other innocent people.

I walked in to claim my free slurpee, but to my dismay the cashier informed me the offer ended at 7pm. Everything would’ve been fine, but as I was checking out the cashier offered another customer a free drink for no other reason than being a frequent customer! It was disrespectful behavior and very unprofessional.

Man all I wanted todo was use the atm. The Hispanic guy with sunglasses (at night time wearing this?? Really?? You think your cool or something?) looked at me and said ‘you can bring that in here’ so I had my scooter in with me and I understand if they would of just politely ask me to leave but no he just said it loudly and walk away. I ask ‘so are you refusing me to use your arm??’ No answer and the other Hispanic guy look at me like I was the idiot and shook his head. If you ask me politely I would of left and no fuss but your store does not have no sign whatsoever saying no scooters allowed. You guys are not going to be responsible if my scooter gets stolen if I left it outside. If I see you two again, I can’t promise that I won’t be nice to you.
