What can I say... It's Grandys! Dearly missed in Houston TX. This was my first stop in Dallas for a meal from DFW. The animated gentleman working the cashier (he's originally from Houston) elevated this unappreciated food chain experience... Give that man a raise! THANK YOU GRANDYS for keeping the food, formula and prices mostly the same for 30+ years!

Fantastic customer service, exceptional food quality. No matter the request Grandy’s will produce the best performance they can offer. I came in for a country fried chicken meal and my food was made fresh and served just to my liking. Please choose this Grandy’s restaurant if you ever would like a home-style meal . Nothing but 5 stars thank you Grandy’s. You made my visit a happy one !

The workers are lazy. With other ”fast” restaurants, the goal is to get you in and out even if that means having customers pull to a parking space and wait for their order in order to serve other customers timely. This particular restaurant does not. Example; If the customer has a fish meal, make the customer wait at the window 7 minutes while the workers are doing nothing. Dine-in is also closed which proves their laziness. Will be going to the restaurant website for a formal complaint. Also, not returning. They have lost much business per hour by their workers laziness because the line does not move. You also cannot get out of the drive thru line if it is backed up because your walled-in. You can here 30 minutes having an appointment to catch and will miss it. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Finally found a Grandy’s in the area! Such a nostalgic experience as they used to be everywhere when I was a kid. They have a great breakfast selection. Biscuits and gravy, country fried steak, hash browns, bacon. All delicious. The only thing I’m sad we missed is the yeast rolls don’t come out til around 10:30am. The employees at this family-run business are sooo nice and extremely helpful to make your experience the best. After bringing my father here before his flight back to VA, the owner said when he visits again to call ahead, and he will make yeast rolls earlier for him. How sweet is that? We will definitely be back, thank you so much! ☺️

I ordered the 2 grand breakfast and a egg kids meal I got biscuits smothered in gravy, pancakes with eggs, and a bacon burger on chabatta bread they said they can't redo my order unless I pay I paid 35$ look I'm all for everyone working but if you can't read write and speak English why are you preparing ordersthe Spanish lady was very rude very I will never go here again this is the 4 time this happened I'll be contacting corporate
