This place beats Subway 6 ways to Sunday. It's not even close. Better sandwiches. Better atmosphere. Friendly staff. You name it.
I pulled in to the little strip of new eateries that just opened up by my job, with the intention of going to Chipotle, but I saw Planet Sub next door, and since I'd never been there, I decided to give it a shot.
The interior is quite nice, with a sort of "sports-bar" feel to it, with televisions playing on various walls.
The cashier that was there was a real sweetheart and actually seemed like she wanted to be there. That alone was refreshing.
The sandwiches all had cool names like Dagwood's Dream (which is what I ordered, by the way), the Cuban, the Green Turkey, and so forth.
The sandwich came fairly quickly and was pretty good size as well. I got it back to work and dug in, and was pleasantly surprised. Very well made sandwich. Delicious. I'll definitely be returning.

I absolutely love eating here. Everything tastes extremely fresh. The customer service is great, the morning shift manager was so helpful and sweet I believe Adam was his name. As it was my first time trying to decide what to get. I will definitely be back and this is place is worth telling all my coworkers about.

Had the turkey sandwich for my first visit and it was great. I had the BBQ the second time with my coworker and we felt that it was pretty light on the meat side considering the Sandwich doesn't have much on it. Besides that the quality is great and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Customer service was great. Food honestly was pretty bad. My "Buffalo Chicken" sub was 60% lettuce, and 40% questionable mystery meat that lacked seasoning and didn't even taste like buffalo chicken. So basically, a mildy hot sub par sandwich. Furthermore, my friends were also discontent with "The Experience" subs they got for pretty much the same reasons. The only good part about our meal was the free cookies we received for eating on a Friday. Ceiling was leaking water on the ground which left a rather huge puddle that someone could easily slip on. Overall I'd rate 3/10. Just go to subway or Quiznos.

Great food. Love this place for lunch. However the night crew turned out the light on us 30 min prior to closing, to try to get us to leave early. So only 3 stars for good food and questionable customer service

Don't sleep on Planet Sub! Their sandwiches are very good and meaty! The bread is good and toasty just as I like it.

Decent sandwich. Nice seating area. The staff is friendly. They do have gluten-free bread.

The bread is freshly made and the subs are very substantial in both size and filling. I'm definitely going back at some point!
