Best no frills sandwich shop bang for your buck in the area.
Don’t expect a fancy menu or sriracha aioli on the side. Just good ingredients and a good price.

Best sandwich shop in Irvine/Tustin area hands down. The people that work here are the sweetest people you will ever encounter. The turkey Bacon avocado is my favorite, it comes packed full of turkey and super crisp thick bacon with a generous spread of avocado.

These are giant sandwiches, could be good for 2 meals, or lunch and an afternoon snack. I like adding pickles and alfalfa sprouts to my sandwiches. Super friendly staff.

I absolutely love this place. Freshness and quality has been consistent for the last 4-5 years I’ve been coming here. Very friendly (and fast) sandwich masters behind the counter. The bread is always SO soft, lettuce crisp, avocado perfectly ripe, I really could go on. Thanks Mr. Sandwich!

Fantastic little sandwich shop. I have tried a couple of different sandwiches and all have been really good. The meat is fresh and they don't skimp on ingredients.

Since moving to the area I have been wanting to try this place. From walking in you immediately get that home like feel and the customer service is amazing. I explained my story of being new to the area and was given a complimentary drink.

Great filling sandwiches. They have so many different sandwiches so I feel anyone can find something they love. My favorite is the egg salad sandwich on a French roll. They are always busy, but food comes out quickly. Service is precise and kind.

Was eyeballing this place for quite some time. After a coworker said it was good when I asked about this place. Was not disappointed when I tried it. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing. Definitely coming back
