From our initial contact with Jess and Zoe we've found Brett Smith & Co so easy to deal with! Very happy with the service we receive from Jessica and Zoe for the sale of our purchase and sale of our existing home. Zoe always answered our questions when we called which we found this to be a less stressful situation that we had previously thru another conveyancer. Grace (the receptionist) was also very helpful and always made us feel welcome when we called. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in any future sales or purchases. I must say as a real estate agent most of the time we are not kept in the loop in relation to things with sales contracts but I must say jess is amazing, she is constantly communicating with me even if there isn't an update, she responds very quickly and explains things in a way I can understand it. I recently completed the settlement of a property in Ipswich with Brett Smith & Co. The settlement process was, unfortunately, particularly problematic with multiple delays.
The frequent assistance and sound advice of Jess, Zoe and Brett was second-to-none. I am very grateful for their help - proving the cost of engaging a conveyancing solicitor is money well spent!
