Waited 45 minutes for food and we were the only 2nd couple in there. People who arrived after us had left the restaurant and we still hadn't got our food. Ended up getting a refund and no food. All in all a 1 hour wait and no food. Manager couldn't care less. one of the colleagues was moaning about table service.

So much potential but it isn’t reached. Chips were soft with no crisp to them and no salt, and overall were unpleasant to eat. Nuggets taste ok but the batter was soft and chicken slightly mushy so texturally needs some work. Burgers are …
