We do a drinks rotation at work on a Friday (about 8 drinks) however the baristas are always surprised by our order. Can’t fault them though, the drinks are usually correct the service it with a smile and they’re always tasty and hot.

Used the drive through. They were down to 1 machine and had just taken a 10 coffee order, but still got my Hot Chocolate to me in good time. Very tasty and I was happy. Staff happy and helpful.

I like this branch out Starbucks. It is nice and bright from natural lighting. The seating is right by the windows so get full sun. Most of the time it's not too busy.

Group of 10 foreign men sat around one big table drinking coffee- not a problem - but when one walks in & starts eating a Burger King meal (& drink) 🤷🏼! Not sure what Starbucks policy is on this but if I was the owner……😡
Other than that it was a pleasant enough visit.

Ordered a drink through the drive thru this morning and the person taking the orders was incredibly friendly, happy and cheered my morning up!

This is my favourite Starbucks in Ipswich. The staff are SO nice and I have never had a negative experience with them. If I order online they always write lovely things or draw little pictures on the bag, they are super sweet and really hard working. The drinks are always spot on and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is packaged safely. I appreciate you all so much!!
