Really good ice cream! Nice outdoor seating area and quick and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better ice cream parlour!

Friendly, polite staff. There’s a wide variety of toppings from gummy sweets to chocolate for ice creams, so there is a little something for everyone. Milkshakes were refreshing and filling, I highly recommend the raspberry milkshake, it was wonderful!

Had Georgina serve me and my mum, was very informative, polite and welcoming and was very welcoming when I came in.
She also was very interactive to customers which I thought was good and provided very nice ice cream which was very nice and well presented
I think Georgina was very good and deserves every good review given

Absolutely love this little hidden gem! Amazing creamy ice cream, top quality,certainly not cheap stuff. Great selection of ice cream and sweets. Great staff, love the new flavour shipwreck!

What's there to say that others haven't already? A fantastic ice cream parlor, one of a kind. Such a novel way to serve them, great range of flavours and the man running it was so friendly and welcoming. Seems to be an Ipswich institute and for good reason. Definitely worth a visit, come rain or shine

Have always loved i-scream and would much rather support independent company. Staff always friendly and welcoming, especially one lady who seems to be working everytime we go! Great choice of ice cream and sweet toppings!

The new location is much better as there is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the ice cream. Staff are very friendly and great with kids. The small size are perfect for little ones. Good selection and tasty flavours.

Absolutely loved it! The owner was a lovely chap and made us feel really welcome! The ice-cream pot was the best I have ever had! Cannot reccomend hoghly enough and a bargain! Will definitely be back!
