My grandson and I bought a bucket of chicken.
Staff was shorthanded. Many drive thru orders as well as in line orders.
We were so impressed with a female worker at KFC. Who expressed the ability under pressure. To maintain professionalism. As some customers became agitated.
Not only did she absorb complaints.
The ability and self discipline Not to react negatively.
She was Abel to take in line orders...help the drive thru orders...and with a smile.
This female deserves recognition....Great asset to KFC. Few individuals possess that quality.

After finding out I’m losing 37% of my income for child support at the court down the street, I came here with what dignity I had left and it was the best KFC I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. (the chicken not the child support)

It's been 9 years since I've had KFC. This store in particular is much better before the pandemic. The staff was great and I don't know who that lady was who asked me if I wanted the lights turned on in the dining area. I thought it was very considerate of her but it was too hot outside to have lights on.

Busy 6:30ish on a week night - think 5 or 6 cars waiting per the drive through. Walked in & straight to counter - No waiting. Honestly not a "fan" of KFC as worked for them back in 70's when in high school. Still remember the smell of my clothes / hair after work. 😝 Was picking up dinner for an elderly non-driving friend.
All good at this location = Friendly staff - prompt service - clean - well lit... What more can I say other than I drove home w dinner in the back seat with all the windows down... 😉
