Sloan’s

Came here for a festival, it was super crowded which I was expecting. I was surprised how fast I was seated and how fast the food came out. I got an omelette with hash browns and french toast, way more food than I could eat for a decent price. They definitely know how to handle large festival crowds and a lot of the servers were wearing band shirts which made it even better.

The cutest diner! I highly recommend that you visit if you are in the area. We stopped by twice during our 1 week stay. First off the pancakes are sooooo good! They are so fluffy. The staff is so sweet and provide great service. We had a big group with children and they were very patient with us. The portion sizes are big. We really enjoyed the fries (they are crispy), the biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, steak and eggs and the pancakes. Seriously the pancakes are the best.

Decided to stop in for something to eat on a Monday afternoon after work. The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable. We ordered the cheeseburger and the biscuits and gravy (My boyfriend was craving them). The homemade Biscuits & gravy were out of this world delicious and so was the cheeseburger. We decided to try the crepes for dessert and OMGeeee…they were fresh and oh so flavorful. If you haven’t been out to Sloans it’s a must try.

My wife and I stopped at Sloan's on our way home from the weekend in Indio. I selected the BLTA - bacon lettuce, tomato 🍅 and avocado 🥑 and a side of tater tots. The BLTA was excellent, while the tater tots were just ok. I state the tater tots were okay as they had zero seasoning. I wasn't looking for heavy seasoning, yet a bit of garlic salt or salt and pepper while cooking would set a better flavor profile. This is not a complaint, yet a suggestion. I still gave the meal five stars, as it deserved it. Also, the endless hot coffee was also delicious. I'd recommend Sloans noting that it is busy, so expect a wait on busy periods.
