This is a nice little place in downtown Indy. The sandwiches and soups are amazing and fresh. There are lots of vegetarian options on the menu as well. It’s a takeout place, although they do have some tables there if you’d like to eat. The people who work there are great and will also let you try a soup before you decide to get it. Every time I’m in downtown, I make sure to eat here. Love subito.

Shame on me for waiting so long to write this review, but it's not like they're hurting for good reviews. I initially found Subito during the pandemic - I'd submit large orders for my team during work. Unfortunately, I don't have the old photos so make due with what I have. #1 the soup - this is the star of the show. For them, it's gotta be easy to make a large batch and serve it up during the day. But the hard part is making it good - and they do more than good. Flavors are great - salt, fat, acid, and heat. Textures are also great - bisques, stews, and soups all have their own texture and some people don't do this right. #2 service - they remember people by name and they have regulars. And there is good reason for it. #3 cost - it's very reasonable and it hasn't ballooned with inflation. #4 salads and sandwiches - they compliment the soups. Soup + sandwich or soup + salad, winning. The only negative - parking. What a pain to find a spot during lunch downtown. I'd stop by more often if parking was easier.

I am a huge fan of Subito. From their food, to their service, to their location, it's all perfect. These are the nicest people you'll meet in Indianapolis, and the food is phenomenal. I've had their salads, soups, sandwiches and the hardest thing to decide when ordering, is what amazing meal to get that day. Very affordable, and the space is welcoming. Chef learned my name after one visit, and greets me with a smile every time. If you're on the fence, please make the visit, and then share the recommendation with your friends. The best place to eat in Indy hands down.

This place never disappoints! Lots of great soup and sandwich options also salads but I can’t speak to those... maybe one day. Chuck and his team always offer a warm welcome and guidance whenever requested. The melt with a vegan cheese is my go-to. And I usually snag a freezer soup or two to keep the goodness going.

Amazing sandwiches and soups are great. Salads were good. Take out only. Market and square has seating if needed. We were a able to order online for discount. Went here to lunch twice in a row it was that good. Would have gone more but they weren’t open. They have daily specials as well to check out. Adding 8oz cup of soup to sand which or salad seamed to be a great deal.

Wonderful place to get lunch. Stopped in and was immediately greeted with friendly service. Decent amount of options for food so I got a sandwich, soup and cookie. The beer cheese soup was very good and the sandwich was awesome especially the homemade bread. I can see why the reviews are so high and will be back to try other food in the future!

Highly recommend Subito to anyone that hasn’t tried it yet, or has. Every time I go the food is consistent and delicious. Not only is the food super good and comforting, but the employees there are always so nice. Great little place, I will continue to be a repeat customer.
