Subway

During my time at Subwaymy food was made in a very timely manner and the employees that work there are very nice and reasonable. They even asked me how I was doing and helped me with a couple of things that I had going on. Overall the food was pretty good and there was no wait time. Chris and Jalisa were my Sandwich Artists for the day and they were amazing!

Its ten minutes past ten (the time that the building is supposed to be open) and im standing outside the door while an employee completely ignores me and continues to set up the line. It's totally normal to not be completely ready every day, but ten minutes past open and youre going to ignore your customers? Thats how you get fired.

Weirdest thing, the employee was scrubbing the bread holder and cleaning, ignoring us. Then she removed her earbuds, told me they were open and told me to order online. Why couldnt she just make our sandwiches? Then she goes to mop the floor leaving us bewildered and ordering from our phones. Then when the order is in, she continues mopping and the machine continues beeping that there is an order waiting. Finally 17mins later they begin my order. Guess what? Yes they made it wrong. The owner really needs to know that this place is going down hill fast. Invest in training! The communication was absolutely horrible! I definitely will not return to this location. Total trip to subway 42 mins for some sandwiches. Oh to add more insult to injury, more people come in and the young man in the back pops out quickly to help them, runs over the girl making our food!
