Fazoli's

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE NIGHT MANAGER. Usually, Fazoli's is my favorite place to eat...but not this time. First of all, I called ahead to place my order but was hung up on! Intentionally! The guy on the phone was so rude and apparently thought I wouldn't make it in before they closed, so he just hung up while I was speaking. Well, like I tried to tell him, I was basically right outside. So, twenty minutes before close, I was inside and placed my order. The manager, whose name was Cory, (I asked and was very rudely answered) was so awful. I decided I needed to leave this review right then because of how I was being treated so I started walking around taking photos. He asked me why and I told him I was planning on leaving a review. He tried to be intimidating and tell me to stop, but I didn't. I haven't been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant before. That's not even including the fact that the place was filthy. With as many people working as there was, there's no reason it should have been that dirty. Even the sidewalk in front of the building, the parking area, ordering area inside, and the women's bathroom was nasty. The food was good, but the service? Absolutely horrible. 'Cory' needs a big attitude adjustment and to learn to talk to customers the right way, not by being a bully. Terrible. Just awful.

Kristi W was amazing! Good customer service! Our food was hot and fresh. And she honestly made our drive through experience very pleasant by going above and beyond! In the past I haven’t always had the best experiences at this location but after sometime I decided to give it another go! Glad I did! My Expectations we’re definitely exceeded! Good job Kristi!

Celia and Corey are ROCK STARS! We put in a larger online order and they had it ready ON TIME! We walked in just to see these 2 busting their butts getting all the orders ready as well as take care of the customers at the drive-thru. Celia apologized for not getting the order done earlier, since they were short staffed and it was literally just the 2 of them...she didn't need to apologize at all! They did great! Hopefully, they get some more help in there; they can handle it perfectly fine, but it's nice not to be overwhelmed.

Amazing service from Bri and Evie! So friendly and prompt service! I walked into the restaurant and was instantly greeted with a big welcome to Fazoli's by both of them with friendly smiles! It is rare to walk into a restaurant and feel like the employees actually want to be there and even enjoy being there, was very refreshing and I will be sure to come again soon!
