Visited today for late lunch, the staff member making the sandwiches (today) is always very personable and professional and (He) even offered to bring our coffees to our table. Superb experience and service.
Shop is always kept really clean and the staff are always very friendly and polite especially Kay who always looks after us when we order on the Subway App. Has a few seats for dining in, and always does great sandwiches and don't forget the delicious cookies!
Had a kids party to cater for. Store staff were excellent, recommended right stuff and was ready at time we said next day. Platters were a massive hit at the party.
The ladies who work there are great. The two lads are appalling. Zero customer service skills and zero attention when making a sandwich. Literally, one job to do. Don’t cut it in half. Barely any salad. Slap everything on. Disgrace. Never redeem any ‘money off’ from the app and when questioned, they lie. Do you your jobs properly
