Panda Express

Last night I waited for over an hour stuck in the drive through because of the lay out waiting to order two entrees. When I finally got to the window the employee had no idea what my order was. I was asked to wait 5-7 additional minutes for chow mein and I agreed to it. I paid for my food. 5 minutes later another employee asked me to park and wait for my food. 10 more minutes went by and a different employee walks out without the food, asks what my order was supposed to be, took my receipt, walked inside and brought the food back out. He didn't say have a good night or apologize for the longer than necessary wait time. He literally said nothing. When I got home, not only was there sauce spilled in the bag, the food was cold, the chow main that I parked and waited an additional 10 minutes for after already waiting an hour for wasn't in the container. They gave me fried rice instead. There weren't fortune cookies or silverware in the bag. I am beyond upset at how horribly this was handled. I paid nearly $30 and this is the worst experience I've had. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I asked for a plate with double sweat fire and fried rice and chow mein gave me little to no sweet fire. Also ordered another plate with fried rice and sweet fire. Didn’t bother to tell me they switched the kind of chicken. The manager was extremely rude. Did not want to fufill my order the way I ordered it. Said they had none but had full trays of food. Had two delivery orders from this location last night. I knew better. This is the slowest, always out of everything Panda ever. My orders had not even been started upon arrival. I was told there was a meat missing from each order, but cooking , it would be 3 minutes... Carla and a young white male cook were really the only ones "working". Judy the manager was sitting at a table doing NOTHING through the busy time. People from the drive thru were coming in saying they had been waiting 30 minutes.. Needless to say I was out of there in 40 minutes with my orders. Such a waste of time for delivery drivers...

Terrible panda. Never have enough food ready. Also, the guy at the counter was using the most disgusting rag to wipe the counter near the food and was touching the food with the rag. So i don’t recommend this one… not to mention the main chick working the counter basically screams at you when ordering.
