Corner Bakery

I ordered from Corner Bakery in Hurst the first time 2 weeks ago. I got the Chicken Pomodori panini delivered to my work. When I received it, there was chicken, cheese and 3 little pieces of spinach, nothing else. No basil, oven-roasted tomatoes, or pesto aioli. Half of the ingredients of my panini was missing. Needless to say it was bland and disappointing. They had no way to deliver me a new sandwich but they did say they would refund my money, including the delivery fee. Unfortunately, I had to call them back 3 days later since I was not seeing my refund. Apparently the refund was never processed. I was also informed at this time that the delivery fee would not be refunded. I understand that door dash should not suffer but I also do not think it is right for Corner Bakery to tell me everything will be refunded if it won't. I also did not like that they never processed the refund when they said they would and I had to call them back. On top of that, I found out that they pre-make their sandwiches, they are not made to order. I do not think I will be ordering from them again. Just a note, the door dash driver was great! My bad review is based on my pitiful panini.
