Panera Bread

Service was ok,could be better. Employees seem to reserved and not really customer oriented. Picked up some coffee and I had to request for more creamer because lobby had ran out. In weekday mornings shouldn’t have to wait or request want to walk in and out smoothly. Since I was in a time frame. Finally I visit a few locations and I always order same for breakfast. Avocado chicken wrap never had any problems elsewhere. I want to get my money’s worth and what’s expected of this wrap. When I ordered at this location I was a bit disappointed it didn’t really have any chicken or avocado took several bites and bit into nothing but the wrap itself. Pointless in ordering it if it’s not in the wrap pretty bad wrap. The the manager tried to making it right by adding a pastry for my wait. The manager added a cookie for my trouble. I appreciate she tried but unfortunately I was unable to eat cookie. Allergic to oats and it was an oatmeal cookie. Would of been nice if she would of asked first what kind that way I would’ve had to waist it.Anyways thank you for trying.

I ask them to separate all the bagels so they don't touch all the different flavors and they do the complete opposite. I feel that's the issue now a days if you don't tip then you don't get what you ask for. Panera used to not have tipping and they did everything by the books. You would get a tip if you did things the right way. Now all my bagels taste like onions. So disrespectful.

The last three times I've visited my order has not been correct. Of course the sealed bag is Covid friendly, but does stop someone from examining whats actually in the bag. I cant get a salad with chicken, but somehow a vegetarian pizza has chicken baked into it? I wont repeat the mistake of eating here again.

Not quite sure what’s happened here, but this Panera used to be soooo on top of it…hot, fresh food quickly delivered via curbside pickup…the last 2times I’ve done curbside pickup, I’ve waited for 15-20min after the app said my food was “ready for pickup” & after I’d hit the “I’m here” button, I’ve resorted to just having to go through the drive through. It’s really frustrating…it makes me feel like if I’m tipping specifically for someone to deliver my food, I should get that tip back since no one came out, no apology was given, nothing. Might have to make a different location my home location, cause the Hurst location has dropped the ball twice, with no remorse, now.

I had their turkey bacon avocado club sandwich. It was quite good, though could have used more salt and pepper seasoning. I had a baguette on the side which was delicious. I followed up my meal with 2 chocolate chip "muffies". They were "just right" sweet, which is what I like. The restaurant is clean but could use a refresh.

Used to be good but service and availability lacking. They constantly seem to be sold out of things so to me that’s lack of management watching popularity of items. If doing delivery and they are out of something they don’t bother to call just sub it w something else without checking if it’s acceptable. When they do call I’m told they can’t do a refund if I don’t want a sub but they will make a “note” of it for when I come in. Why would anyone be happy with paying a restaurant for not receiving an item is beyond me

Panera Bread isn't a spot I frequent but I had a gift card, and you know you can't let those go to waste. LOL I'm on a gluten free kick right now so I'm limited on options. I had their broccoli cheese soup even though it isn't GF. I figured it's a small amount so it shouldn't have too much gluten.,..right!? I'm glad I tried it. I wanted to swim around in the bowl ......it's DELICIOUS!!
