Ordered papa johns at 730 pm. Paid through the app, and waited. They had an amazing and thorough tracking system through text message so I could track my order. It was AMAZINGLY ACCURATE. The pizza and papadia I ordered was
At my house within 27 min of ordering, food was THOROUGHLY cooked, papadia actually burned my mouth . I am so pleased with my experience and my delivery driver was awesome!!!

Started ordering for pickup because delivery was coming from Doordash sometimes and I never got extras I ordered and paid for.
Pizza is always good. The staff in the store are friendly and very apologetic if there are errors. Unfortunately it seems thay are under staffed in this current climate.

Let me start by saying whoever was working the front counter tonight was an absolute swine. She was rude like no other and gave me attitude for making her ring up some condiments and asking for red peppers. I hope she reads this because she needs to be slapped over the head for her actions. I love Papa John's but the pizza was awful. No taste, no sauce and poor customer service. As someone who just moved to WV and found out they had a papa John's I was excited to try it, unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. I use to order papa John's a lot during my time of service but I will not go back to this location. Sad to think this is how this location treats their veterans.

Papa Johns is always a treat. Their garlic butter and Peppers top it off. I love the fact that they have Fundraisers every year for Christmas and Thanksgiving .
