I’m not the type of person who writes reviews but , me and my coworkers always come to this panda for lunch me myself or any of my coworkers have never had an issue until today I got beef broccoli and something didn’t taste right the broccoli was soggy.I hate to do this but someone needs to do something about this before we get food poisoning! Went back and told them about the broccoli and beef and gave me a new entree of the same thing! I told the employee if I could have a different entree I wasn’t comfortable eating the same thing. Came back to TRY and enjoy my food and realized that the rice also smelled rancid and just looked funny. Called them and told them and I asked for a refund at this point I was grossed out and had lost my appetite. The girl who answered the phone was not only rude but they informed me that they were not able to refund me back my money because they had already given me a entree. I asked for a new bowl and they also told me they couldn’t honor me that either. I’m am very upset on the poor customer service this fast food place offers. Not only will I not be eating here anymore I just hope they are more careful about what they serve other customers.

I just had the most pleasant exceptional experience ever with Gabriel after coming here for over 4 years. He was so attentive and not rude or abrupt. I am very pleased with his performance he should be given a manager position just because he handles pressure very well as well as knows how to make the customer feel appreciated for choosing Panda Express. Again I am very impressed!!!!

This place is absolute trash, my first experience was really good they filled my to go order with the appropriate weight of food, I went a second time and feel like I got totally ripped off. I got the shrimp with beef and only had 3 pieces of beef with a ton of veggies which I said I didn't want, as for the noodles I got a scoop that filled half the bowl. I asked the employee last time I was here they gave me my money's worth. He replied we have a set portion so I then asked where is your scale you can not tell what weighs what without a scale he replied with no answer. I feel totally ripped off I will never go here again.

Just wanna say as a visitor I am satisfied with the meal menu at Panda Express. Food taste delicious, staffs were very professional and there is well order structure to purchase. All meals are display clearly so you see exactly what you are ordering. Prices are competitive 😋

I didn't appreciate the customer service I received today.I ordered a plate and 2 orders of egg rolls. I wanted 4 total egg rolls. I got soaked placing my order because it storming outside and that's to be expected when going through drive thru. I get to window and check food only to find 2 egg rolls. So first let me say I asked for 2 orders because normally any other time when I come I am told they come in orders of 2 so I expected 4 total egg rolls this time. The cashier then tells me that no it only one egg roll. So I asked if I could get 2 more egg rolls . He tells me no he can't take my payment here but it's only one window for payments. Then says I have to go back around in the drive thru to place an order for egg rolls. That's was a waste of time in my opion because it pouring down raining. No one was behind me and no one in drive thru. I felt he could have just charged me and gave me my egg rolls to be on my way. Why go back to drive thru only to get soaked again. Then his reasoning was bogus saying you can't add anything at the window when I have added drinks, egg rolls and other items at the window before. I was very displeased. Why work in a customer service position if you don't have customer service skills. I have come here to many times and spent well into Panada Express. Next time I won't be as polite and forgivingabout the distasteful entrees. I'll just save my meal and call the board of health. Get it together!

First time at this location and will not return. I ordered a plate of beef & broccoli and orange chicken. I basically was given orange chicken with a side of broccoli. I could only find 4 peices of beef of which one was mega tiny im not even sure it counts as a peice. Went through the drive through so didn't even check my food until i got home. Do not recommend or atleast check your food so they don't rip you off.

I love Panda Express but I will never come back to this location. I’ve been at least 10 times and I have the same issues every time. The food is never ready, so I wait out front for like 10 minutes. The person working the driver thru is very rude and seems bothered by any request. They always forget to include anything extra like sauce. Little to no effort is given by any employee. Luckily the food tastes decent and that’s the only reason they aren’t getting 1 star.
