Went to the Wendy’s off 1960 and 59 in Humble Tx, I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with no tomatoes. They gave me a sandwich with just chicken and bread, here is a picture of some nasty lettuce that was put on my sandwich. This is the only piece they put and it looks disgusting, like they gave me the trash piece. I am very upset and I will not be returning. This is terrible service.

I went here for lunch and the staff was friendly. The food was out fast, and was fresh and hot. My only complaint is they don’t ever give me extra sauces even when I ask specifically for them and even offer to pay for extra sauce. Other than that everything is good.

Ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit. Can I say nothing like the advertised pic. Chicken looked overcooked and resembled a pressed piece of chicken. It was so so. Not great. Food was served hot.. Customer service was good.

Absolutely miserable. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and they forgot about me. Gave up, got a refund and going elsewhere. They weren’t even busy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We visited Wendy’s last night, the service was horrible. When we finally got our food the chicken nuggets were cold and the fries were cold and tasted gross. I would not recommend this Wendy’s location.

We have tried to eat at this restaurant a few times but every time the lobby seems to be closed. The latest time was Sunday at noon. It's almost like they don't want to make money.

Food wasn't bad but the fries were beyond salty. So salty we literally had to wipe it off with a napkin. Another customer who ordered not five minutes after us was banging his fries against the tray to get the salt off. Not cool guys, I'm disappointed.

The absolute WORST customer service! The store manager did not take my concerns seriously! If you can go to Summerwood because this was horrible!
