Stopped this morning to get coffee ☕️. The drive thru line was kinda long, but did move rather quickly. Wasn't sure if I was going to like the way my coffee was made, but one taste and I was in heaven. First time my ice coffee was done right. Great job👏! My daughter got a bagel, and she enjoyed it. Definitely will be coming by more often.

Customer service is always decent but I can’t get behind the cold coffees. They taste soooo bitter. Tried again today because Starbucks is out of the way but nope, never again. Ordered 3 iced coffees with different add ins and they were so bitter they weren’t fit to drink. Called in to tell the manager and she said well it’s black coffee. There’s a huge difference in good cold brew and straight up brew that’s been brewing for days. Had same coffees from other locations that were good these though, yuck.

Line as usual was wrapped around the building but they did their best to keep it moving along and get everyone served the best possible. They did great making our order as we asked and everything was perfect. Our 2 pups were as usual beyond excited for their pupachino. Thank you for job well done 👍✅

When they are good their good but many times it’s just not. I’m not a coffee drinker so I get the chai tea but it’s not consistent. A couple weeks ago it came out GREEN… the drive through people are usually nice but they need more training on making drinks. Even the coffee has been messed up according to my son. I’m on yet another boycott unfortunately I go to wawa for my tea now. I only get the sweet iced tea if I’m stopping for someone else there now because if that isn’t right which many times it’s not sweet at all so I can just add sugar to that and fix it at least…

Ordered the new Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and it was awesome! It had a thick beefsteak tomato and yummy mozzarella and tasty pesto on crunchy sourdough. The sandwich was served in a little box that kept it warm.

The staff is always super friendly!
Sometimes getting into DD can be annoying and the location it’s kind of tight, but it is what it is!

Love this Dunkin! I get coffee every morning before work and this one gets my order right everytime! Early in the morning, Allie and Jessie are amazing and SUPER nice. :) DEF recommend.

Every time i go here they mess up such a easy drink. This was today. No sure and dark. No caramel. Tasted like straight black ice coffee. If they don’t mess this up they give me caffeine which i can’t have. Then they get annoyed when i ask to double check if it is caffeine. This coffee today went right in the garbage. Besides not making it right they have constantly gave me caffeine which almost landed me in the hospital. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and i am officially done. I will not be going back to this location or any other. Your employees their all have attitudes and don’t care about the customers. Brenda needs to be back. She ran a tight ship
