The food is always great!!!....but the attitude of some workers there is unbelievable. I come here sometimes before i go to work at night well today iam going in early for work and wanted Wendy's. So i order my food and i get to window and ask for mayo for my fries didn't think about asking for it when I ordered...mistake i see now.....so the guy asks for mayo and the woman in a black dress shirt iam guessing is manager says .... well if she would have ordered in to begin with, she should have ordered it then.....so i asked the guy her name....Amanda......so sorry Amanda that it came out of your pocket!!!....this was at Howell #3249....as much as i love there food i will not be going back.

They are pretty slow and get your order wrong pretty often. But they normally cook the food fresh to order, so I can understand the wait. When they do get your order right, the food is amazing and always fresh. So they only lose out on 1 star because of the often mistaken orders.

Can't seem to get good service at this location. There's usually a couple minutes to wait to even get noticed if you order in. Once they finally realize they have a customer, you're met with unfriendly staff that clearly doesn't care. Makes you feel very unwelcome. As for the food, it's usually okay. Sometimes my fries are cold.

What the heck... We walk in, there was one table eating their food. Not a single car in the drive in. The two employees that were working just sat there talking. Completely ignored us... The restaurant stinks, floors were sticky as molasses. Ended up just walking out. This place should have a visit from the health department. Based on the smell, we figures we would end up with food poisoning anyways. Probably better we just left.

Good food but the staff annoys me. If u hand me a drink u should hand me a straw so I can sip on it while I wait. If I ask for one most of the time they close the window and ignore me so I still have to wait to drink my pop. Its not a difficult request from your customer so stop ignoring me.

The store was clean. That's the best I can say about this location. The staff was more concerned with themselves than providing good customer service. The food was a bit off, not like it was spoiled, maybe just not the freshest. Furthermore, I had explosive diarrhea for the rest of they day. Skip this place and go to one of your many other options in the area.

Was the worst fast food place I have been to! They gave us one pop when we ordered three and they gave us this weird tasting water when we ordered pop. They also gave us half size salad ( and it tasted terrible 😒) when we ordered full and they gave us no napkins, silverware, and straws! Absolute WORST fast food place I have been to!

I would say that this isn't a horrible place but some of the employees there do need to be talked to about what is appropriate to talk to with a customer. If I were a customer I wouldn't want to hear about ur miscarriage especially when I am carrying my kid around. I've had to bring up this issue twice with a manager but nothing really was done about the issue. Also they need to train some of their employees on how to treat customers especially when they come through drive thru and dont get their debit card back. Dont come to their window with an attitude like its their fault you forgot to hand the card back. Definetly would say they need friendlier employees and treat them better as well.
