Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered from here for the first time in a while. Delivery option was 45 minutes or carry out was 20 minutes.. Chose to carry out.. Went inside to pickup and it took almost 5 minutes before anyone (3 workers, busy with orders) before they came over to address me.. They could've said "welcome to Papa John's, be right with you" or something but nothing was said.. While I waited 2 more customers showed up behind me.. Finally picked up my pizza and got home. Seemed good eating it but felt a bit ill afterwards.. Here's hoping our stomachs will be okay..

Really love this place. Upon arrival was quickly Quickly greeted. All of the employees including manager showed positive work environment. My son and I ordered a pizza. My wife and children immediately noticed the fresh ingredients and was very very delicious. I drove 20 miles and will keep driving 20 miles every time I order my pizza and yes it was that delicious.Highly recommend to the entire city of Houston.

We don’t deserve them! I completely messed up my order like I moved so the address was wrong and I got a new number so the number was wrong. I wasn’t paying attention and order it to the wrong address. I called up there and they were going to let me pick it up and they gave me a fresh new pizza and wings. The best customer service hands down. My receipt says jonathon so I hope that’s his name that accommodated me with fresh food even tho it wasn’t their mistake.

I recently returned to my house after Hurricane Harvey destroyed my house, and my neighborhood. Due to injuries, I haven't been able to repair my house. I don't have a kitchen yet, so I ordered some pizzas from the Papa John's on Fuqua. The manager, Sam, was so kind. She went above and beyond to make sure that my order was made correctly, and in our conversation, she showed that she truly cares about her customers and the neighborhood that she covers. The delivery driver, Joanne, was equally genuinely thoughtful and caring. I'm disabled and she offered to bring the pizzas in the house and she spoke some kind words to me, and wished me well. Admittedly, I wasn't a big fan of the PJ staff before the flood. But, the new manager, and staff are exceptional! Good people make better tasting pizza! 👍👍
