Love Smart Meals!! Everything we've had has been super tasty and filling. The quality of the ingredients are all top notch. Having a batch of Smart Meals in the fridge or freezer is such a comfort. You know you have a high quality meal moments away and that it's going to be properly balanced and healthy!

My absolute favorite pre portioned and pre packaged meals. I’ve tried many of the other local stores and even some online like Factor. The flavor is amazing and almost all of the meals are less than 20% fat with all other nutrition info on package. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pre order when you can to make sure your favorites are in stock! I also love that they are always adding new things to the menu and offer loyalty points.

OK, first of all every time I come here the staff is so amazing. Everyone is happy and helpful. The meals are always delicious. The variety of choices they have is one of the best I've seen. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner today, and she was just as amazing as everyone else. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place to get meals that are not only tasty but at a great price. I'm super excited to also learn they have an in-house nutritionist that you can work with to help you get to your goals.

If your trying to stay fit or a on the go person that wants to eat healthy and save time you need to try Smart Meals. The food is always fresh and very tasty, and make eating healthy a ease without spend hours in store and in your kitchen… I suggest trying the Basil Chicken or Sizzling Sirloin bowl they are delicious and on my favorites list… FYI: For a healthy treat try the Blueberry muffins very tasty!!!!
