Clean store. The food served was terrible.
I ordered a 2 piece meal and the fries were hard salt bombs, the biscuit was a solid rock, the chicken I ordered was not crispy...
I was on the road, so it wasn't worth going back.

The cashier that closed on Thursday, May 19th was extremely snappy, and rudely explained that I was in the wrong for “ordering from the store too late” because they ran out of chicken. Apparently the car in front of me got the last piece of chicken. I ordered an hour before close at 9:00 pm, and I was told there were no sides but green beans, which she neglected to say until I asked for fries. It was 9:27 pm when I arrived, which is when the order said it was ready, and the store closes at 10:00 pm. I thought it was pretty nice that I arrived as the order was ready, but I was greeted with hostility, and a cashier explaining to me that I’m stupid.

Man, I hope they get their act together, this was a really bad experience from one of the few fast food places we enjoy while on the road.

Cashier was very rude. No customer service skills what so ever. Frowned the whole time . Our biscuits were harder than a rock , fries were dry and over cooked, and she got upset because we asked for fresh biscuits while she was busy on her cell .

What chicken restaurant runs out of chicken, on a Sunday, by 12:30? This is the poorest ran KFC that I have ever been to and I have been to KFC all over the country. They lost a great deal of money today because of poor planning.

Was very polite and pretty quick for the order and the people at windows took their time to hand the food and drinks and overall this time they was great the food was perfect and everything was right satisfied with this kfc

App order for quick pick up????? Waited an extra 25 minutes after arriving after ordering early, while they drive thru cont with orders......never again.
