Kfc

I would leave 0 if I could. This place has never been a good place to be. I've tried to order numerous times to see if they get better and they don't. I ordered Door Dash from them one time and they closed while my driver was waiting in the drive through FOR AN HOUR. This place needs to be shut down. Never friendly. Never willing to cooperate and everytime I go next door to get pizza or to the bank I ALWAYS see like 4 or 5 people gathered outside chatting and smoking. Half the time it's like 20 minutes smoke breaks. They don't care about customers, just paychecks. I never, NEVER, leave reviews about places like this but I HATE the fact that their cooperate and managers do nothing when there are issues. Never go to this location. Let them go out of business.

Bad customer service and Food. I ordered 10 piece feast and Mac&cheese for pickup around 6pm on Sunday at this hooksett location, on order confirmation it said pick up in store so as the store had posted online order pickup inside but the doors were closed(remember it says pickup at drive through only for late night or midnight orders) then I drive through but had to wait 20minutes for 2 of customers ahead of me, then the guy takes 5minutes to literally open the window. Finally I get food go home and open the biscuits were disgustingly old and hard I could easily hit someone with it. Did not expect the food to be so bad. If KFC officials reading try to improve customer service don’t just try to refund, not everyone wants money back, customer service matters.

I always say, "my dream job would be KFC". This Hooksett, NH location is the reason why I say this. Myself and my grand daughter love KFC food but not anymore. We ordered the 8 piece sides meal. The food came out right away and they were quick to take the payment. When we got home, the chicken was such small pieces I gave them all to my grand daughter. The sides, mashed potatoes and gravy, macoroni and french fries. There were no fries in my bag. Mashed potatoes were such a small amount in the container that my grand daughter by herself finished it all with four bites. Considering the price of the meal, this was so depressing. I then went to a GAS STATION who has chicken. I was provided a meal of large chicken portions! For half the price. So KFC is no longer my place of choice for chicken. Now it is Bob's gas station.

There real nice here and they want to work and if they forgot something in it bag they'll replace it again the only thing I don't like is that ordering ahead u have to go on and pick it up I have a hard time walking and would prefer to pick up through drive throu like DD and other fast food places does u just tell them it name the app gives u and they get ur order for u

I don't normally review fast food restaurants but this has been a few times in a row now I've been extremely dissatisfied with this particular location. These aren't back to back trips either, I usually give it a few months before I make another attempt. Either way the orders are routinely wrong, the food is nearly always cold, a few times not they've been completely out of popular menu items, and the soda seems to always be flat. I give up, hurry up and close this location so we can get a competent chain like Popeyes to replace it.
