Subway

This is a horrible subway! 12 bucks for this questionable Chicken Ceaser sub that looks like a mayo bottle exploded on a plate topped with pickles. When I went to try and pick the sandwich up it fell apart in my hands. The toppings are not remotely fresh and the chicken tastes like tuna! They claim the bread is freshed baked however it tastes like machine cardboard with little give. Hardly fitting to hold sandwich toppings. This location did not have any napkins or folks available till you asked. The prices were also high for the quality of food. The services was meh nothing special or awesome. Just get in and get out. No attention to detail in food prep at all. I'm only eating here because I have a gift card! Now I know why Subway is closing stores left and right! You're better off buying a pre made sub in the Walmart and eating it. The quality is better and the sub does not fall apart. I've eaten at other Subways with better prices and quality. 0-10 scale Food quality: 1 Food appeal: 0 Cleanness: 8 Value: 4 Service: 4 If you want a good sub consider D'Angelos, Jimmy John's or anywhere else. Subway is clearly on borrowed time as a chain.

I ordered a steak and cheese with mayo and ketchup and said I would be back in a couple of minutes. I came back three minutes from placing my order.. I picked up my sub and went to my car to eat.. When I go to my car I realized that the there was no mayo or ketchup and that the sandwich was cold and never heated up.. I know it was not heated because the cheese was not melted. I went back and told the girl I would like my money back and had to go back to work. I work right across from the subway restaurant at the self check area in wal mart. She never came over never said a word to me. She just closed up and left. I went on the subway site and left a comment about what happened with my order. Thinking the manager or owner would call or email me back. . Well that is what I get for thinking. Never heard back from anyone. I will never go back to them again. I grew up in the restaurant business weather the customer is right or wrong if they ask for someone to contact them you contact them. This shows me that management and ownership just does not care what is going on or what happens in their restaurants.

Today my boyfriend and I stopped here, there was no one in line. I could tell subway was near its closing time but still open so..anyways, we were literally standing there for 10 MINUTES. The two girls there even made eye contact w me here and there and still not even a hello. You should always greet your customers. After said time one of them finally started throwing their gloves on clearly annoyed by our presence followed by a “wtf do you want” glare. I am 19 years old and I am typing this feeling like a Karen but I don’t care. I’ve worked at subway and it is unbelievably easy and there’s no reason for whoever the two young girls working tonight to be so rude. They clearly do not care about their jobs and should honestly be relieved, if I were a manager and saw this I would be embarrassed for my store. I hope the supervisor reads this and shows it to them atleast so they can think about the importance of customer service and doing what you’re getting paid to do. We didn’t even get anything by the way..just walked out. (July 30th 2021)

The staff here is awesome, but the restaurant quality is absolutely horrid. Floors and tables are ALWAYS dirty, their oven was broken for almost a whole week (so no toasted subs for anyone (: ) and the floor by the soda fountain is almost always a puddle. Yikes! Went here this morning and there was a gathering of ants under one of the tables, while the top of the table was sticky and had crusted on leftovers. Yum.
