Kissaten Coffee Bar

Had the Kissa Latte ice cream rolls and roasted rice and gyokuro green tea. Rolled ice cream was firmer than others I've had. I like it a little softer but it was still good. Nice coffee flavor to it. Really liked the roasted rice flavor in the tea. Great service. We arrived a few minutes before 10pm (not knowing they stop making ice cream rolls at 10) but by the time we got to the counter to order, it was just after 10. Seemed like one of the orders before us took especially long, not sure why. In any case, when we asked about the ice cream rolls, the worker immediately responded that he knew we had arrived before 10 so we would be allowed to order it! I would have accepted if he had said they wouldn't do it, but to go above and beyond to offer it to us without a fight made me note the positive customer service experience.

Stopped in for breakfast as we waited for the mall to open. Clean environment, clean restrooms. More importantly, very friendly and super helpful service. Food quality great- dishes we tried were tasty. Portions a little bit in the smaller side, but I wasn't disappointed or anything. Definitely want to get back here some time to sample lunch offerings

I went there about noon, Customer service was awesome 5 star. Clean. Wifi wasn't that great it kicked me out 4 times and all the outlets were near all the uncomfortable chairs & bar tables minus1 star. Food (Greek wrap with side salad) and coffee (medium maple latte) was yummy, dressing on my side salad could use some work. =$17.00 Its worth it with free wifi. Ambiance: was not too cold, music wasn't loud and love the art work on the walls.
