Starbucks

I come to this location once or twice a week. Mostly once a week. Normally I like this place. Today, was not a good experience. The cashier was training a new hire on how to use the cashier. I tried to order my normal large ice coffee, 5 stevias, sugar-free vanilla, and cream. They were out of sugar-free vanilla, again. Not something I like. But, I am ok with it. Life is not perfect. My issue is more about the order he did take. He put normal vanilla, Sweet cream, and stevia. I did not know about the normal vanilla. The Bearded tall white man who mixes my coffee had to tell me that normal vanilla was used. This cashier was not professional at all. He knows I am diabetic. Because I told him that the counter. I do not feel that he should be treating anyone like the way he treated me that day. The tall bearded white man who mixes my coffee is, a shining example of professionalism. Sadly I do not know his name.

My daughter wanted to come to Starbucks for a birthday treat. We ate in the dining room. The volume of the music was all the way up. Guy at counter couldn't hear me because it was so loud. I was sitting near what looked like a manager, and kept making comments about how the music was so loud, but she couldn't hear me. Go figure. Ordered egg bites, didn't get a fork. I asked for a fork, they said we're out. Well how about a spoon then?? I shouldn't have to ask.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I go every day during the week before work and the people that work there always make my day. They have my drink ready for me and always greet me with a smile. From getting a laugh out of a joke they write on my cup sleeve, to being greeted by the door with my drink on hand, so I don't have to go inside, the employees are stars. Not a single bad experience or single person who hasn't been super friendly. They are exceptional people and I wish I knew them all by name! Drinks are always made to perfection to me. By far the best Starbucks I've even been to and will continue to do so!

Stopped by to get my usual with my kids and husband. For my two younger kids I usually order a Venti and ask them to split it for me in two cups. The gentleman at the drive thru seem to not be feeling like working he said sorry we don't do that. I go to Starbucks at least twice a week spend $30 or more each trip. They have never said they can't split a drink. I feel they were just being lazy. I had two kids fighting bc one had whip cream on his drink and the other one did not. To top it off my Coffee Frappuccino tasted horrible I ended up getting really sick. I will not be coming back to this location.
