Drip Cafe

Just a plain and simple review. I'm visiting from out of state stopped here for a quick bite to eat and a latte. Definitely not worth it $16 for a small salad and a latte. I originally ordered a chai tea and it was cold when I received it. I asked the lady to remake me a regular latte and that was terrible as well. I would not recommend going here is overpriced and the food was not good

Quality of service has decreased significantly in the last year, and it's upsetting to see it happen to a place I used to have high opinions for. The last few visits have been consistently embarrassing for me to bring visitors from out of town, especially after the place changed to the "order at the door or off the app" way of service. Word of advice: you'll never get your food on time (or at all) if you order off the app, so don't bother with it. Just order at the front of the cafe and don't plan on having your coffee refilled at any point since they no longer have table service. This last visit was the most frustrating, due to waiting an hour for our food to arrive. I'm pretty sure it would never had come if I had not pulled one of the employees aside to ask about our food (we were told it would be another 10 minutes, and then it came out 15 minutes later). The quality of the coffee has also diminished; stick with hot brewed coffee since their cold brew is severely lacking. The only positive thing I have left is that some of their breakfast items are good. That said, I don't think I'll be coming back here again after so many poor experiences in a row.

I’ve been before and I’ll guess I’ll go again after the apocalypse virus plays itself out, but I truly wasn’t happy with all the self service... Especially when I tipped for full service. Get your own water, and never asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee... Actually, nobody even bothered to ask me how my food was. Like I said. These are crazy times. I’ll give them another shot in the future
