This location used to be the best. Unfortunately, with the new management it has gone significantly downhill. The personnel in the establishment are young kid punks who will not treat you with respect nor will they make your order right or even acknowledge your presence. For my coffee order, I watched them run out of coffee and use hot water to fill up the rest of the cup so they would not have to brew a fresh pot. They really could not be more rude and if you have any challenge in the store, the personnel will not do anything to try to resolve the issue nor will management call you back. Just avoid it and walk a few extra blocks to the other Dunkin’s in the area.

this location has really gone downhill these past few weeks. the store is usually dirty and barely has any syrups in stock. the espresso somehow tasted burnt, probably because the machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while. will not be going back.

They are terrible with orders , they never get my order correct no matter how simple it is. And they take 30 mintues just to give it out wrong . Highly don’t recommend this dunkin.

Went here to order food and not only did it take 30 min to place and get the order the ladies obviously didn't know there own menu as even pointing at it and typing it out for them they had no idea. I ask for ice coffee milk only and I got it with sugar. Use to come to this place alot but I can see it is obviously mismanaged now.

I am extremely surprised to see any positive reviews for this locations. In recent months, this store has become increasingly slower and dirtier. I cannot remember the last time my order was ready when I got there (even though I order at least 15 minutes in advance). The kids that work in this store lack any sense of urgency, and there is usually a line of at least 10 people half the times I go there. Today, I waited 30 min for a simple croissant - which was given to me completely burnt. While waiting, I saw one of the girls there touching food with 2 hands and wearing only 1 glove. Severely mismanaged.

This Dunkin location is buzzing with people. Overall, it's hit or miss depending on the day. Today personally, they missed the mark on my girlfriend's Iced coffee with Mocha. There were no swirls of mocha and the coffee was bitter. Maybe this location does better in the morning, but around lunchtime, there are better options.

Ever since they changed management, this store has gone downhill very fast.
I can count on three hands how many times they have gotten my coffee order wrong. It has already happened twice in this one week and I go 5 days a week before work.
Has happened to my son on numerous occasions and we are both fed up.
Time to make the coffee better...
