Dixie Bbq

I wasn't prepared for walk up window. I was hoping for a dine in. It is what it is. The red wood painted picnic tables were kewl. I liked the way the help came out and greeted us. I think he was the smoker a very friendly guy. The female cashier was amazingly sweet (no race card there) very welcoming and inviting. Amid the "no dining room. No bathroom. Get it and go lol. The menu board is a little informative just need to ask for a paper menu which is free for the taking.....means you can take it with you. They get a five star because they did well with what they had. I won't hammer the lady snapping at the cashier. It just seemed like she was just having a bad day. Its okay though we all get them sometimes. But oohhh they smoke the ribs in the back of the shack. The smoker does it for extended periods of time like well over 8 hour process. Keep pushing Dixie. Sounds like this would be a huge hang out place. When in the mood for ribs n pork ill return. Sorry no pics I get a little wielded out showing off taking pics. Lol. Bfn
