Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall the price of the food/drinks at Prezzo was quite expensive in areas. Especially £7.00 for 3 meatballs and £7.00 for 1 Honeycomb Smash Cheesecake. They tasted fantastic but personally I wouldn’t be able to justify spending that money if it wasn’t a special occasion.
Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food was pretty rapid. Receiving all of our courses was great. All of the food was extremely hot upon arrival which is great too.
Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall quality of my food was extremely good. The portion sizes for our mains are fantastic. The food was full of flavour and all toppings on the pizza worked great together. Personally it was fantastic and very enjoyable!
Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The restaraunt was extremely clean as where all the tables. A very clean and COVID Secure Prezzo. I appreciated the briefing we received upon entering the restaraunt on how things work at the momment in Prezzo too! Well done!

Great food , great service. Had the lobster Ravioli. I have noticed in other reviews people are not keen on the service provided but for me everyone was polite, friendly and food came quickly with no issues what so ever.

Amazing service from the new assistant manager, he was very attentive and made our outing very special thank you for amazing service! Hope the team work with him and the restaurant shines and excels as he knows what great customer service looks like! Thank you! The restaurant got very busy, but the food was still amazing and 5 star service

Always great food and service This time we had to wait longer than expected for our order to be taken The one waiter taking orders and serving considering he was on his own He did very well considering and was very polite and efficient

Lovely place to eat. Good service, prices and environment.. food was very nice just a bit too much on the main course and needed to save space for dessert.

You get pretty much the same food quality in a Prezzo. The only thing that changes is the ambience and service. I had the lobster and crab tortellini and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was pleasant and not rushed, in fact we left when we realised that we were probably holding the staff back from closing the door.

I have had pizzas, pasta, salads, starters, desserts... its always good in Prezzo. I'm not usually a huge fan of salad, but they are generous and have plenty of flavour... always happy to return, even if its just for a lunchtime/work lunch. Staff have always been polite and helpful. Very pleasing.

Service excellent, food tasted very nice. The only problem I have was the price. Too expensive. I can't go back and spend my money like that again unfortunately. 25% over-priced IMHO.

We have eaten in Prezzo Hitchin on various occasions over the years, the food and service has always been good. This restaurant is always busy so be sure to book ahead.
