I had been eyeing this place up for a while as I’ve recently moved to the area and my sandwich certainly exceeded my expectations. The produce was displayed professionally and clean and tasted phenomenal. Potentially the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Great service and great prices highly recommend.

I had the vegetarian breakfast, the individual parts of which were fine but it was a slightly odd combination as it was a regular fry up with a veggie sausage in place of a pork sausage but also included an avocado! Sorry, drop the avocado and give 2 sausages instead of 1, avocado has no place on a cooked breakfast. I'm sure if it asked for this change it shouldn't have been an issue but I'm reviewing the menu as offered. Staff were very pleasant.

Quite simply, it's the best place to get lunch from in Hitchin. I didn't even think much of ciabattas until I started going here. They're immaculate and everything tastes fresh. They sometimes have homemade baked food that's also insanely nice.
If you're in Hitchin and hungry, just simply go here if you want a high quality and filling lunch. Salad, ciabatta, jacket potato; all options are good.

Great little sandwich shop in Hitchin that stands above the rest, especially for hot sandwiches. Loads of selection of both toppings and bread. Friendly service too. It's popular so you might be queueing at lunchtimes, especially towards the end of the week. Worth it though!

Chili B is the best take away sandwich shop right off the main square in Hitchin. We also dined in for breakfast and they are so accommodating. They made my husband a special breakfast at his request for his special diet while I had fluffy thick pancakes with a delicious blueberry compote. The desserts are legit, I was happy to see a perfect pecan pie so far from home. The British really know their desserts! Even if the take away line has a bit of a cue, these guys are fast and you will be on your way to your next adventure.
