Subway

The sandwich artist had a nasty attitude & was getting smart for no reason. I don't leave reviews often but this is the second time this year that I've had to walk out of this location & drive across town to another subway. It's sad bc this location used to be enjoyable but the service I experienced earlier is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Manager “Ben” tries not to honor fair replacement or refund. Order sandwiches from the app to go pick up at 3pm on December 24th and upon arriving food was not ready and had to wait for it to be made. After getting food and arriving home then realized order was messed up and tried calling location 5 times and got no answer. Couldn’t do anything next day due to being closed for the holiday. Called today the 26th and the manager couldn’t find order first and then told us to call later when they’re not busy. Called later on around 7pm and spoke with him and he finally wanted to offer either refund or remake after going back and forth on the phone for 15 min. He tells me he can remake and I asked if I can get it tomorrow or if I have to come today. He says either or then I say tomorrow and tells me he doesn’t know if he’ll be working or not or may be leaving early and it’ll be convenient for HIM if I were to come tonight! I let him know that’s inconvenient for me the customer as I don’t live close, but I will try to see and will let him know if I can or not since they close soon. I then call back to let him know I won’t be able to make it but can tomorrow and he proceeds to tell me no, either I come tonight or that’s it. He tells me he already made my order and has it waiting for me.I asked why would you make it without me being there and that my food wouldn’t be fresh. He told me it’s not his problem and that he was remade it and it was up to me if I would come and get it after telling him I won’t be able too. I asked for a refund instead, to which he says “No remake tomorrow or refund”which I find outrageous and he tells me he doesn’t care! I then asked if he was the manager and he said yes and I asked is this how you treat customers? He then repeated he would not remake it tomorrow or refund and that he counted his bread for the night and will now be 3 loaves short for having made mine! He told me to call corporate and complain and he doesn’t care and then hangs up on me! Worst location by far

Hungry, had coupons. I was busy inspecting my coupon expiration date. Male, possibly the owner, rudely asks me if I saw the sign. I asked what sign he was referring to. Apparently they don't accept coupons. Previous reviews mention this universal lack of tact. Obviously I missed that sign and the others. Dismal setup, dirty windows, dark interior, disgruntled staff and dodgy looking food safety. I should have checked the restaurant inspection score. Before embarking on this disastrous detour.

I was in yesterday. The lady was very nice and kind. The young lady who made my 3 meals was fantastic. She was knowledgeable,kind and very quick. She didn’t even skip a beat when I told her that I had made a mistake. Two of the three meals were supposed to be salads. I never give tips in Subway. But she got a 20% tip. I will be back often.
