Cava

This might be the worst Cava in America. Does this place have any management? The employees were standing around texting while making orders...made zero effort to interact with the customers in a professional manner...and the falafels were undercooked. The line moved slow despite half a dozen employees standing around behind the counter. The person making our bowls didn't know how to make the menu items we ordered.

Have I ever met a friendly worker here? No. Is it ever even close to clean? No. Are the portions consistent? Not really. Will I ever stop recommending this place because it’s so delicious? Heck no! It’s so good u can look past the many downsides, but it can be downright ridiculous. I’d give infinite stars if these issues were improved!

Wheres the lettuce? My office orders from here almost on a weekly basis. Sometimes the bowls are jammed full of food. Other time the bowls are halfway full. And theres always minimal lettuce.. its like they dont want to give up their lettuce stash. They also forget the free pitas pretty often. Why offer it if your not going to give it to us?

WISH I HAD AN OPTION TO GIVE 0 STARS TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!We visited Cava Hingham branch (MA) today and saw a lot of problems today and the overall experience was very very bad- 1. The server (lady) was unable to understand what we were requesting and we had to repeat everything 3 times, for every single thing 2.The food quantity as compared to the price was horrible. It didn’t match at all. When we order online, the quantity is way better, but in person ordering , the quantity was not worth the high price we payed which was very very disappointing. 3.Inspite of telling the lady many times that the food quantity was less than what’s minimum, she was rude enough to say that that is what you get , else you pay extra. Horrible customer experience for in person ordering at the Hingham location. This is really effected my trust factor as a customer of CAVA This is truly frustrating after getting less food, bad experience after paying so much extra! Will think many times before ordering from CAVA again and never ever from the Hingham location!!! BEWARE- THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE!
