I just paid $7 for a drink and there is no place to sit . 2 young guys are doing their homework , no drinks, and one person is doing zoom with an empty cup, and 2 others with lap tops.some 2 more are waiting for drinks. I came to write out bills with my drink. There really should be a max number of minutes because it infringes on others

I've held out on posting a negative review because I don't want the employees to catch the brunt of it, but WHY IS THIS LOCATION SO SLOW?!? Are there not enough machines? Not enough staffing? The wait is CONSISTENTLY 20 minutes. It has been a 20 minute wait for about 6 months now. I come here once a week, usually a Saturday or Sunday, and anywhere from 10am - 2pm. This is the only walk-in location I've ever been to with this problem. @Corporate: Please fix whatever the missing element is - more machines, more staff, better pay so the baristas are incentivized. The location is convenient. The wait time is dismal. (fyi, we're at 24 minutes so far and still no hot chocolate or frapp - neither with special instructions... )

The young people at Lincoln Street Starbucks are working incredibly hard. They have an insane amount of mobile orders and are doing a terrific job as a team cranking through them with no end in sight.
Hang in there, hard workers… it’s has to get better eventually. ❤️ ☕️

I ordered a white mocha with extra whip creme and sprinkles and I was handed a dark chocolate mocha with no whip creme. I paid almost 6 dollars for this and I am unhappy this is not what I ordered do better

Very unorganized! Maybe it was the day but coffee was made wrong, took forever to receive my cold brew. Very hard to tell what order belonged to who and all the customers were touching everyone else's orders to find their own. Not the customers fault though. Sorry won't go back here!

It's a Starbucks, generally they're pretty consistent and good. This one is more consistent than the Weymouth one. My wife came here one day during 2020 dressed in her scrubs. The barista wrote a note on her cup that made her tear up. Nice staff that goes above and beyond.

So slow. No more Starbucks for me. Not because you need 20 minutes to get a coffee here. Let's just say I don't agree with the leadership's choices in political and social issues. Or, whatever the whim du jour is at this time. Just serve me my order without forcing your agenda down my throat!
Below, I show a fraction of just the beans I have purchased at Starbucks in the last couple of years. I was going to do an art project with all the empty bags. (Recycle). After nearly 40 years of spending my money here, I cannot continue. There are so many great LOCAL choices for coffee!
