When you take that first spoonful of the warm, flavorful broth, it's like a burst of happiness in your mouth. The combination of fragrant herbs, tender noodles, and savory beef or chicken is simply divine. It's like a comforting hug from the inside out!
And let's not forget about the toppings! The fresh bean sprouts, lime wedges, basil leaves, and jalapeños add an extra layer of freshness and zing to every bite. It's like a symphony of flavors dancing on your taste buds.
Whether you're enjoying a bowl of pho on a chilly day or simply craving a delicious and satisfying meal, it never disappoints. It's no wonder that pho has become such a beloved dish not just in Vietnam, but all around the world.
So, if you ever have the chance eat at pho viet, I highly recommend it. It's an experience that will leave you wanting more. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The spicy beef stew pho was amazing and helped clear up my head cold fluids immediately. I can't wait to come back to try their other pho. Spicy, flavorful soup. Firm noodles. Fresh herbs and sprouts.
Simple menu of only pho noodle soups and drinks. Street parking. 1 bathroom. Less than 8 tables.
To be eco friendly, bring your own chopsticks and straw. If you have a kid, bring their water bottle and let them know you don't need a kid's cup.

Great pho! Authentic and some of the best I’ve ever had. Worth giving it a try.

Probably the best restaurant here! We loved the spicy beef pho 🍜.

Best pho. Restaurant kind of uncomfortable. I don't know why it feels so hot, they have two A/C going, and ceiling fans. But I go anyway for the food. Delicious.

It’s been years since I’ve been here, I live further away. The Chicken Pho and Thai iced tea has been consistently good through the years. I’m not a Vietnamese food expert, but the soup base is really good without having to add any sauces. Went for a late lunch on a Tuesday, it wasn’t busy. I’m happy that they’re still open through the pandemic. I’ll be back next time I visit.

Some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Their Thai tea is amazing too!! I totally recommend for a quick lunch :) clearly a family or community based business as they hired a young boy to help with bussing. It was so cute to see and was so delish!!

Amazing fresh rolls (if you can get your hands on them) and good pho. Took off one star because the service was lacking a bit.

Greatness mixed with consistency. Our #1 Pho restaurant. My Wife and I literally only eat at one other Pho place and it's all the way in Texas. Every time we come to Hilo we have to get at least one bowl!
My favorite is the spicy beef stew pho and my Wife gets the Pho Tai! We also get one Thai tea and one order of fresh spring roll! It is delicious.
We loooooooooooove it here!

We had Pho dinner and it was really good. It is a small place but food was very good. Best Pho !! Service was fast and all menu were under 10 dollars !! We went at 6 pm and got a table. There were people waiting in line outside the restaurant for dinner when we were eating !!
