Today was a snow day and a lot of businesses were closed.
Bob Evans had a reduced menu printed on a single sheet of paper. Some breakfast items, some lunch items and some dinner items. Only two waitresses, they did wonderful job serving people(in my opinion). Not the fastest service but we were perfectly fine with that, we weren't in a hurry. The food was good. I am glad we dined here today.

They messed up my order completely forgot a whole entree had me drive back pay for it because THEY didn’t read back my order when i called and let them know the girl gave me attitude saying well you didn’t pay for it well duh IF YOU GUYS WOULD OF READ MY ORDER BACK ON THE PHONE WE WOULD OF CLEARED THAT.. usually I’m not the one to even leave a review but when i spoke to the manager he had no sympathy to the fact i had to drive back and had me pay for the order. TIP AS A TO GO READ THE ORDER BACK SO ITS CLEAR FROM THE START SO WHEN THEY GET HOME THEY DONT MISS FOOD AND HAVE TO DRIVE BACK BECAUSE THE PERSON ON THE PHONE “MISS UNDERSTOOD”. Especially when it’s 90 degrees outside or when gas is 5$ THANK YOU.

We come to this location because it's convenient and we like the atmosphere. Today we ordered Friend Chicken Strips for our 1 yr old grandson. We received 2 balls of burnt chicken. We asked for a remake, the waitress brought out the same chicken, cut up. Really?! We then asked for a grilled cheese. Not really what we wanted. Please get with your cook about frying chicken and also tell him to please do what the Customer wants. My husband's chicken was just as burnt ! They should of taken the chicken strip off our bill too. Don't know if we will be back.

Our greeter and waitress Niki were great. Food was good as usual. Would have given a higher rating - However:
Women's restroom was absolutely filthy, grime on the doors, floor was actually sticky. Worried me about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Always have enjoyed Bob Evans and as one might expect, once in awhile something goes awry. ThE Cod we ordered was over cooked. The assistant manager Steve quickly came over and explained the situation a resolved our issue. He wanted us happy and we were. We will be back!!! Very pleased with Steve and server Samantha.

I'll say our meal was good and delivered in a timely manner. The issue came after we finished our food. We waited 15 mins for our server to come check in to bring a box and the bill. Furthermore, I sat right by a couple speaking with the assistant manager about general topics and he was raving about how good their service was. That manager is clearly not doing great when he let a table right behind him go that long with no assistance and was not in the middle of anything other than chit chat. And when I paid, the check out girl said nothing to me at all. The restaurant had a total of 4 tables full, so there was no reason for slow service. I won't be back.

Food was good, we hadn't been to Bob's in a while. It did take a while to get our food and the restrooms were my biggest concern. They were filthy. Stuff smeared on the walls and had an overall dirty appearance.

We were just passing through so we did not to order anything big. We ordered three meals off their value menu. They were perfect.
