Burger King

I took this closest exit off of 70 east because I really had to go to the bathroom. It said I had to drive 4 miles from the exit.. I couldn’t see any gas stations around so once I saw this place I knew it’d be a safe bet. The bathroom was clean and I was able to treat myself to an Oreo shake for driving 6 hours today.. Friendly and excellent customer service too! Thank you team

isn't the point of fast food that it actually be FAST? i have visited this location at least 10 times since it opened, and i have spent more than 20 minutes in line EVERY SINGLE TIME. then to top things off, the french fry packaging refuses to stand up on its own so every time i pull my food out of the bag, half my fries end up on the floor. when most other fast food places keep you waiting half of forever they tend to offer something free to compensate for the wait, or at the very least apologize... but not this burger king, when you finally get to the window after waiting 20-30 minutes, the kid who hands you your food looks like they haven't washed their hands in a month, and acts like since they aren't in a hurry, no one else should be either. at least the food is good even if it is pretty over priced compared to literally every other fast food place in town.

This is yet another place in a town full of commercial businesses with a closed lobby that truckers can't stop and eat it, you just made my list of places I'll never go again, you need to realize that if you don't have enough staff to work the dine in and the drive-thru that you need to open the lobby instead of the drive-thru not only are you promoting laziness but you're also making it to where the essential people that keep this country running can't have a bite to eat!
