Subway

I have lived in this area for about 4 years and have always had no problems with this place and go about one to two times every week; you could say I'm a regular. This is only in regards to the staff at about 7 PM CST. This Subway is becoming an absolute train wreck and it's quiet shocking how one bad manager can be the cause. The service is just unacceptably slow and is getting slower (this is 7:00 PM staff), they have three people staffed and only one person is making sandwiches so if one person is behind you and orders 2 sandwich you'll be looking at a minimum 10 minute wait. If there are two people in front of you you're looking at a 15-20 minute wait (store owner please check the cameras you'll see this) at about 6:40-7:00 PM CST. It never use to be like this I have no idea what happened and it's quiet sad to see. Store owner, you need to have a talk that if there is a line you need to have your manager have people in the back help making sandwiches or you'll just lose another long time customer. I'm done coming here.

I've been to this Subway location once before, and decided that I would visit again this past Saturday morning (12/22/17) just before the lunch hour. That visit did not go well. An employee, Monica, began taking my order but passed me off to another employee when a sandwich platter order came in for pick up. This was not the problem. I placed my order with the second employee, and told her what I wanted and how. As the young lady began preparing my order, Ms. Monica came over and tried to 'help' and began preparing the order incorrectly, THEN she told me 'I can't give you another piece of bread'. I informed her that she would have to, since she was preparing the order incorrectly. As she looked over at the other young lady, who confirmed that she was indeed WRONG, would you believe that she had the nerve to display a very flippant, nonchalant attitude. No, 'Oh, I'm sorry,' or 'Let me allow the person who actually TOOK your order to finish this,' but rather she took on that nice/nasty tone common to people who refuse to acknowledge that they made a mistake. I asked her if she was the manager and with a tone of superiority, she said that she was. My reply was , 'that is unfortunate.' I asked for the number of their district/area manager and was informed by Monica, that I would have to go on line as she didn't have the number.

Went to this location for lunch and the skinny guy with the glasses was very rude. He was complaining about customers coming in and he kicked the counter. He was very unprofessional if you are unhappy with the job don't do it but no one should hire a personality like that it's bad customer service.
